The Colonies Crossroads is situated in the heart of the growing Foothill Communities, serving the cities of La Verne, Claremont, Montclair, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Rialto. It is part of The Colonies at San Antonio, a $500 million, 434-acre master-planned community, which includes 1,100 single-family homes and 305 residential units conveniently located along the new Interstate 210 (Foothill Freeway) at Campus Avenue.
The project covers an area of over 1,000,000 square-feet and consists of commercial, retail, entertainment, residential and other community-oriented features. The commercial components of this project consist of a new Target, Kohl’s, Chick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ulta Cosmetics and LA Fitness. Additional tenants include In-N-Out Burger, Vitamin Shoppe, Wells Fargo Bank and Banner Mattress.
RMA performed mass grading observation and soils testing, compaction testing, AC pavement testing, remedial grading, geotechnical plan review, geotechnical investigation, QC field testing of AC pavement, shotcrete/gunite/soil nailing inspection, and concrete lab tests for the following portions of this project:
