Sierra Lakes Master Planned Community and Market Place (Home Depot and other major stores)– Fontana, CA (Lewis Retail) Sierra Lakes is a $35 million; 670-acre master planned community allotting 2,100 residential units, including a golf course and commercial centre. RMA duties included technical and administrative oversight during the rough and precise grading, evaluation of filter sand of the onsite infiltration system, golf course and clubhouse grading, and construction of the backbone and in-tract utilities and street improvements.

RMA Geoscience scope of services included grading observation and testing, compaction testing during post grading, sand filter evaluation, soil percolation testing, foundation excavation inspection, concrete inspection, and asphalt testing.
