The State Route 210 projects were constructed over a 10-year period between 1997 and 2007. As one of the largest public works in the Inland Empire between 2000 and 2010, the projects consisted of 11 segments that ultimately resulted in 27 miles of new highway. The new construction provides three mixed-flow lanes and one HOV lane in each direction through the communities of Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Rialto, and San Bernardino.

RMA was chosen to work on each of the project’s phases and repeatedly selected as the most qualified consultant for all segments. This 10-year commitment to excellence, acknowledged by SANBAG’s consistent partnership and appreciation, speaks to the consistency and credibility of the quality of our work.

In the midst of the final phase of the project, Mario Alarcon (Senior Bridge Engineer with Lim & Nascimento Engineering Corp.) wrote of our performance: “I have had the opportunity to utilize RMA Group not only on past Route 210 and Route I-10 projects but also in the current Route 210 Segments 9 thru 11 projects. They have always provided professional, knowledgeable and well-qualified personnel. Their ability to adjust to the ever changing contractor’s schedule is outstanding and a great asset to insuring the quality of work.”
