Victoria Gardens
Construction Cost: $175,000,000
Victoria Gardens is a pedestrian-oriented, open-air, mixed-use town center in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The 147-acre project consists of residential areas, office space, retail stores, public plazas, a movie theater, and a civic cultural arts center, which features the Rancho Cucamonga Public Library, a performing arts center, and a multi-use reception hall, owned and operated by the city of Rancho Cucamonga. The Victoria Gardens project included approximately 1.3 million square feet of retail and office space, 14 acres of peripheral retail area, and 20 acres of multi-family housing. RMA Group was hired by the City of Rancho Cucamonga to work on the cultural arts center and parking structures, and Forest City Enterprises for the remainder of the mixed-use development.

RMA Group was involved in the preliminary environmental and design phases of the project, providing assistance with CEQA documents and the initial EIR. We also provided geotechnical and foundation design recommendations for the project.

During construction, RMA provided a team of inspectors and technicians to perform all special inspection and construction materials testing for the project. Our team included a senior resident inspector that coordinated daily with the City of Rancho Cucamonga’s building department, the architect, and the owner to ensure that the project ran smoothly and that all issues were managed proactively.
